SMARTInspect® Random Part Pick Sort & Inspection Feed System
SMARTInspect® is our inspection line and we developed using a FANUC robotic system with Robotiq grippers for picking, sorting and feeding random parts. And by random parts, we are demonstrating the system picking up a mini tripod, a Keurig K-Cup, a pen, a USB stick, a pen and an electrical cord grip. We can use LMI, Keyence, FANUC and other types of vision systems and sensors for identifying parts, and then we apply our software algorithms (our secret sauce).
