Process Development Engineer - Auburn Hills, MI

Your Role:

Lead process development and testing for advanced robotic automation applications. Support project engineering and field operations during installations and start-up. Reports to the Product Development Manager.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 4+ years process engineering experience.
  • Robot programming experience (Fanuc preferred).
  • Experience with coatings and material dispensing.
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
  • Mechanically inclined and shop-ready.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Available for international travel.

    • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in robotic sealing systems
  • SolidWorks proficiency
  • Knowledge of fluid dynamics and thermodynamics
