Electrical Controls Engineer - Auburn Hills, MI

Your Role:

Design and develop control panel solutions for robotic systems including pneumatic circuit design, electrical installation packages, and customer interface. Reports to the Engineering Manager.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in electrical engineering (BSEE) preferred.

2+ years of controls design experience or related internships/projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD; AutoCAD Electrical and E-plan are a plus.

Experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi PLCs and safety PLCs.

Knowledge of industrial Ethernet.

Understanding of ANSI/RIA15.06 code requirements.

Pneumatic circuit design experience.

Familiarity with NEC hazardous location codes preferred.

Available for travel including international.

Self-starter and creative problem solver.

Preferred Qualifications:

Robotic systems experience

AutoCAD proficiency
