Your Role:

Drive business growth for automated prepping, coating, and sealing solutions. Lead customer engagement, strategy, and marketing efforts.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, or business.

Ability to understand technical concepts and robotic systems.

3+ years business strategy experience.

5+ years in automotive automation.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA

Experience in strategic planning and innovation

Strong communication and presentation skills
